About Susan Brunskill
Susan is an artist, illustrator and animator.
After studying Illustration at Harrow College, Susan went on to study Animation at the Royal College of Art. She is an award-winning artist and spent her early career in London working as an animator, producing TV commercials and pop videos. In 2004 she relocated with a young family back to North Yorkshire.
Rural life, capturing movement and telling stories, influence Susan's work. Most days you'll find her busy in the studio, painting, designing and crafting new ideas.
Susan paints portraits of people, horses, pets and buildings using watercolour or oils. She likes to work in a loose style but loves capturing movement, detail and narrative
